I would like to keep this blog focused on the interviews we do on the Talking with Heroes Talk Show. The talk show is not about politics but about giving our men and women an opportunity to share their mostly untold stories of helping people in the areas in which they serve. I would appreciate if we could keep this blog with the same focus.
Let us know what you think of the talk shows we did in Iraq after you listen to one or more of them.

This is the blog presence of the Internet-based Talking with Heroes (TWH) talk show. TWH gives our men and women in the military an opportunity to share their mostly untold stories of helping people in the United States and around the world.In October 2006, Jan. 2007 Bob Calvert (host of TWH) and Jim Martin (CEO of Altitude Sports and Entertainment Cable Company) went to Iraq as embedded independent journalists, and the interviews they recorded there are now archived on the TWH website. In August 2007 they again traveled to Iraq and brought back more interviews with our Ft Carson Army Soldiers, Marines, Navy, Air Force, US Army Corps of Engineers, Iraqis and more.

Hello Bob and Patti,
Bob we at www.militaryconnection.com are very proud of you. We are glad you are home and safe too. I cannot wait to hear the shows.
We have also been working with Patti and the wonderful people at Soldiers Angels. Patti, we have more loads to bring for packages to soldiers. We also have letters and some cash donations to assist with shipping. The people of our community are very patriotic and have been extremely generous.
I was invited to the Pentagon this month and had an incredible visit. There are some very good folks that work very hard there. We appreciate all of their efforts.
